अंतरराष्ट्रीय मजदूर दिवस के अवसर पर डीवीसी तूबेद कोयला खान कैंप कार्यालय में एक विशेष वॉलीबॉल मैच का आयोजन किया गया। यह मित्रवत मैच डीवीसी तूबेद और एमडीओ (माइन डेवलपर एंड ऑपरेटर) की टीमों के बीच खेला गया, जिसका उद्देश्य कर्मचारियों के बीच आपसी सहयोग और सौहार्द को बढ़ावा देना था।
इस आयोजन की शुरुआत उप महाप्रबंधक (खनन) मनीष कुमार और दीपक कुमार द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से की गई। उन्होंने खिलाड़ियों से परिचय प्राप्त किया और शुभकामनाएं दीं। मैच की शुरुआत से ही दर्शकों में उत्साह देखा गया और दोनों टीमों ने बेहतरीन खेल का प्रदर्शन किया।
मैच में शुरुआत से ही रोमांच बना रहा। दोनों टीमों ने एक-दूसरे को कड़ी टक्कर दी, लेकिन अंततः एमडीओ की टीम ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए जीत दर्ज की। एमडीओ टीम की जीत में टीमवर्क, अनुशासन और रणनीति का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा। मैच के दौरान डीवीसी तथा एमडीओ के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी, कर्मचारी और खेल प्रेमी उपस्थित रहे, जिन्होंने खिलाड़ियों का उत्साहवर्धन किया और खेल भावना की सराहना की।
उप महाप्रबंधक (खनन) मनीष कुमार ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय मजदूर दिवस केवल मजदूरों के अधिकारों की बात करने का दिन नहीं है, बल्कि यह आपसी संबंधों को मजबूत करने और कार्यस्थल पर सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण बनाने का भी प्रतीक है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार के आयोजन कर्मचारियों के बीच सहयोग, संवाद और सामूहिक भागीदारी की भावना को सुदृढ़ करते हैं।
उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि वॉलीबॉल मैच जैसे आयोजनों से कर्मचारियों को मानसिक और शारीरिक ताजगी मिलती है, जो उनकी कार्यक्षमता को बढ़ाने में सहायक होती है। उन्होंने भविष्य में भी ऐसे कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने की इच्छा जताई, जिससे कर्मचारियों में उत्साह बना रहे और संगठनात्मक एकता को बल मिले।
मैच के बाद एमडीओ टीम के खिलाड़ियों ने अपनी जीत को टीम भावना और निरंतर अभ्यास का परिणाम बताया। वहीं डीवीसी टीम के खिलाड़ियों ने खेल भावना का परिचय देते हुए एमडीओ टीम को जीत की शुभकामनाएं दीं।

On the occasion of International Workers’ Day, a friendly volleyball match was organized at the camp office of DVC Tubed Coal Mine. The match was played between the teams of DVC Tubed and the Mine Developer and Operator (MDO), with the goal of strengthening camaraderie and mutual understanding among employees of both organizations.
The match was inaugurated jointly by Mr. Manish Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Mining), and Mr. Deepak Kumar. They met the players, extended their best wishes, and emphasized the importance of such events in promoting unity and enthusiasm within the workplace.
Right from the start, the match was full of excitement and competitive spirit. Both teams displayed excellent skills and determination, keeping the audience engaged throughout. Ultimately, the MDO team clinched victory with an impressive performance that highlighted strong teamwork, strategy, and discipline.
Several officers and staff members from both DVC and the MDO were present at the event to cheer for their respective teams and boost the morale of the players. Their presence added to the energy and sportsmanship that characterized the entire event.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy General Manager (Mining) Mr. Manish Kumar stated that the purpose of organizing this match was to strengthen interpersonal relationships between employees and promote a healthy work environment. He emphasized that International Workers’ Day is not only about acknowledging the contributions of workers but also about fostering collaboration and unity at the workplace.
Mr. Kumar further added that such sporting events refresh both mind and body, which in turn enhances productivity and positivity among employees. He expressed his intention to continue organizing similar events in the future to promote employee engagement and institutional bonding.
The volleyball match served as a powerful reminder that sports are not just about winning or losing; they are a way to bring people together, relieve stress, and build a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
