मुजफ्फराबाद (पीओके): पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर (पीओके) की सरकार ने एलओसी (LoC) से सटे क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को दो महीने का राशन जमा करने का निर्देश दिया है। पीओके के प्रधानमंत्री चौधरी अनवर उल हक ने शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में यह जानकारी दी, जिससे पूरे इलाके में चिंता का माहौल पैदा हो गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि नियंत्रण रेखा के समीप स्थित 13 निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में खाद्य आपूर्ति और आवश्यक वस्तुओं का भंडारण करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। इसके साथ ही एक अरब रुपये का आपातकालीन कोष भी बनाया गया है, ताकि किसी संभावित संकट की स्थिति में राहत कार्यों में तेजी लाई जा सके।
चौधरी अनवर उल हक ने कहा, “भारत जरूर हमला करेगा, हमें तैयार रहना होगा।” इस बयान के बाद स्थानीय जनता में भय और आशंका का माहौल बन गया है। सरकार की इस चेतावनी को लेकर अलग-अलग प्रतिक्रियाएं सामने आ रही हैं।
यह निर्देश ऐसे समय में आया है जब भारत की ओर से बार-बार यह दोहराया गया है कि पाकिस्तान अधिकृत जम्मू-कश्मीर (PoJK) भारत का अभिन्न हिस्सा है और एक दिन उसे वापस लिया जाएगा। हालांकि भारत सरकार की ओर से इस चेतावनी पर कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी गई है, लेकिन विशेषज्ञ इसे पीओके प्रशासन की घबराहट और अंदरूनी असंतोष से ध्यान भटकाने की रणनीति बता रहे हैं।
हाल के महीनों में पीओके में महंगाई, बिजली संकट और सरकारी लापरवाही के खिलाफ बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध प्रदर्शन हुए हैं। कई इलाकों में जनता सड़कों पर उतर चुकी है और सरकार के खिलाफ आक्रोश साफ तौर पर देखा गया है। ऐसे में अब युद्ध की आशंका जताकर सरकार द्वारा आपात तैयारियों का ऐलान, लोगों का ध्यान भटकाने की एक राजनीतिक चाल के रूप में भी देखा जा रहा है।
विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यदि वास्तव में ऐसी कोई सुरक्षा चुनौती है, तो यह पाकिस्तान की अपनी नीतियों और पीओके क्षेत्र में अस्थिरता का परिणाम है, न कि भारत की ओर से किसी सीधी धमकी का।
फिलहाल पीओके प्रशासन की यह घोषणा क्षेत्रीय स्थिरता और नागरिकों की मानसिकता दोनों पर गहरा प्रभाव डाल सकती है। स्थानीय लोग भी असमंजस में हैं कि क्या यह वाकई खतरे का संकेत है या फिर राजनीतिक प्रोपेगेंडा का हिस्सा।

Muzaffarabad (PoK): In a highly provocative and alarming development, the government of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) has instructed residents living near the Line of Control (LoC) to stockpile food supplies for at least two months. This directive, coupled with the creation of an emergency fund worth one billion Pakistani rupees, has raised eyebrows on both sides of the border.
During a session in the PoK Legislative Assembly on Friday, PoK Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq revealed that orders had been issued to secure food and essential supplies in 13 electoral constituencies adjacent to the LoC. He added that the move is in anticipation of a possible military conflict with India, stating, “India will surely attack.”
The announcement comes amid heightened tensions between India and Pakistan, particularly concerning India’s renewed statements on reclaiming Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) as part of its integral territory. While no official military action has been indicated by New Delhi, Pakistan’s response appears to be one of fear and strategic preparation.
The establishment of a billion-rupee emergency fund is reportedly aimed at supporting logistical needs and ensuring civilian readiness in the event of hostilities. According to Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, the decision is meant to prevent shortages and provide swift relief in case of a border escalation.
Security analysts view this move as both a sign of internal panic and a possible attempt to provoke fear among the public, while also shifting focus from rising internal discontent in PoK. In recent months, widespread protests have erupted in the region against inflation, lack of resources, and poor governance — issues that have severely undermined the PoK administration’s credibility.
India, for its part, has not officially responded to these remarks. However, it maintains its long-standing position that the entire region of Jammu and Kashmir, including PoK, is an integral part of the Indian Union.
