मैसूरु (Rns): पुलिस पर उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाकर खुद को आग लगाने वाले युवक ने मंगलवार को दम तोड़ दिया। नंजनगुड तालुक के नागरले गांव के निवासी23 वर्षीय किरण कुमार ने पुलिस उत्पीड़न के कारण अपने आवास पर यह चरम कदम उठाया था। एक वीडियो में उसने दावा किया कि हिरासत में पुलिस की प्रताड़ना के कारण वह अपनी जिंदगी खत्म कर रहे हैं। उसे के.आर.अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां जलने की चोटों का इलाज चल रहा था। बिलिगेर पुलिस ने नागरले गांव में हुई हिंसा की एक घटना के सिलसिले में पीड़ित को हिरासत में लिया था और उसे प्रताड़ित किया था। हिरासत से भागने के बाद घर लौटे युवक ने अपने शरीर पर पेट्रोल छिड़ककर आग लगा ली।
