लातेहार: समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त उत्कर्ष गुप्ता की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट (DMFT) के तहत संचालित विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में डीएमएफटी प्रभारी पदाधिकारी समीर कुल्लू ने उपायुक्त को जिले में संचालित योजनाओं की भौतिक और वित्तीय प्रगति से अवगत कराया।
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों से योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की विस्तृत जानकारी ली और निर्देशित किया कि सभी कार्यों को प्राक्कलन के अनुरूप उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण किया जाए। उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से स्कूलों की बाउंड्री वॉल निर्माण, छात्रावासों के जीर्णोद्धार सहित अन्य अधूरे निर्माण कार्यों की गहन समीक्षा करते हुए इन्हें अविलंब पूर्ण कराने का निर्देश दिया।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सभी कार्यों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग होनी चाहिए ताकि किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही न हो। उपायुक्त ने प्राथमिकता के आधार पर संचालित योजनाओं को तय समय सीमा के भीतर हर हाल में पूरा करने पर बल दिया।
बैठक में सिविल सर्जन डॉ. अवधेश कुमार सिंह, प्रभारी पदाधिकारी डीएमएफटी समीर कुल्लू, संबंधित विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता एवं अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
Review Meeting on DMFT-Funded Development Works Held Under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner
Latehar: On April 30, 2025, a review meeting was held in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Utkarsh Gupta to assess the progress of development works being carried out in the district with funds from the District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT).
During the meeting, Samir Kullu, the DMFT Nodal Officer, briefed the Deputy Commissioner on the physical and financial status of various development schemes being implemented through DMFT funds.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the progress of the ongoing works in detail and instructed that all work must be executed with assured quality and in accordance with the approved estimates. Special focus was given to the construction of school boundary walls, renovation of hostels, and other infrastructure-related projects. He directed the concerned departments to ensure the immediate completion of these tasks.
Emphasizing the importance of timely execution, the Deputy Commissioner ordered that all ongoing projects must be completed within the stipulated time frame, prioritizing them based on their importance. He also highlighted the need for regular monitoring to avoid delays or negligence at any level.
The meeting was attended by Civil Surgeon Dr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh, DMFT Officer-in-Charge Samir Kullu, executive engineers from concerned departments, and other officials.
